How to Add a Watermark to Your YouTube Videos
Step #1: Log in to your YouTube account and navigate to YouTube Studio.
Step #2: Click on the “Settings” option on the right side menu.
Step #3: Click on the “Channel Tab”.
Step #4: Click on the “Branding”.
Step #5: In case, if you have not uploaded a youtube watermark image before. Click on “CHOOSE IMAGE“.
Note: Make sure the image you are uploading is Png or JPG format. It must be in square dimension and the file size must be less than 1MB.
Step #6: Select the time duration when your branding watermark must appear in your video.
Step #7: Click on “Save“.
Note: It might take a while to display the watermark on your youtube videos, so be patient in case if you don’t see it right away.

The YouTube watermark dimensions you upload must be in 1:1 (square) and the size must be more than 50×50 in px. You can upload a transparent logo or icon rather than white background images to make it clean.
Starting time to display YouTube watermark
After you have done uploading your watermark. You can choose the time when your viewers should see your branding watermark.
You can choose to show your branding watermark throughout the video. Or you can show it for the last 15 seconds of your video.
You can also pick custom start time. That will display your watermark after the defined time passed on your video.
Choosing a color of your YouTube watermark
The color choice of your watermark depends on your property goals.
In case, use blending color if you want your viewers to be focused on your video. Youtube suggests using one color on your watermark to avoid distractions.
